About Hearts & Minds Peer Support
Hearts & Minds is a charity that provides Peer Support for young people ages 14-25 years old experiencing mental health difficulties. At it's core, it is simply a community where people can gather and have a chance to share, support and laugh with each other. Based on the Intentional Peer Support framework, all the staff and volunteers are young adults with their own lived experience of mental distress, many of whom started off as group members themselves. There is a weekly group that meets in Merton on Tuesday evenings where there are creative activities and games as well as individual mentoring to support those in attending.
