About Hearts of Talent

Hearts of Talent is changing the narrative for young people from London’s 32 boroughs with a performing arts competition, designed to guide young people away from knife crime and develop their artistic talents. The program aims to engage participants in a supercharged Talent show with numerous events, performances, mentoring and workshops. Through our program, we wish to establish a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, belonging and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Our hope is that as a result of outlining positive alternatives and encouraging self-expression through the creative arts, we can help prevent the possibilities of young people entering or continuing lives of crime.
