The recruitment industry is the one of the most people orientated industries out there - yet coexists with a reputation that treats people terribly? It's literally NEVER made sense. It's almost like the industry had forgotten that whether you're a client or candidate - you are still a human being. Our little business was setup, to prove that recruitment can be done with a clear conscience; plus we aren't ashamed to admit that we genuinely love what we do and have successfully placed over 1000 candidates across the head offices of some incredible local organisations. How have we done it? An 18 year recruitment network - in the same industries and locations. These relationships, are worth more than any job board, advert or database. We have ditched the 9-5! Only contacting candidates during office hours when they are generally in a role already – isn’t going to be the way to find good people! Our candidates love how accessible we are – before and after work, lunch breaks and weekends. We even communicate via whatsapp at times (gasp!). We don’t send CV's to jobs for the sake of it. Nor do we “register” candidates when we don’t have real jobs for you! We can't believe this still happens! A flat fee % that doesn’t rise just because the salary does (whose idea was that in the first place?)
