We have coached C-Suite executives and leaders, including senior and emerging leaders. Services that are available consist of the following: Culture assessment and action planning- Through employee and leadership interviews, work observations, and engagement discovery, determine what is working and where there is opportunity for improvement to create the company culture that will ensure a positive employee experience and maximize business results. Leadership coaching. - Deepen leadership competencies to enhance performance in current role or prepare for that next level opportunity, coaching is provided through 1on1 and team sessions. HR Strategy - Conduct a review of current strategy and facilitate leadership sessions to determine desired state and roadmap to get there ensuring that all functions in Human Resources are aligned. Change Management- Support and evaluate the magnitude of change, necessary skillset shifts, and creation and delivery of change programs. Training - In partnership with business subject matter experts, create in person and virtually led programs inclusive of participant and facilitator guides. Leadership development- Create and deliver soft skill development programs to introduce new leaders to fundamental leadership skills, as well as heighten existing leaders’ ability to execute on the company’s core competencies. We have been in your shoes and have practical, real life experiences including working in Fortune 100 companies, holding executive roles and being responsible for the employee experience of an organization.
