At Heatload we recognise that commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing of a new data centre is one of the last activities. Often the project has over run in terms of time and budget. Our customers need us to rapidly deploy (and remove at the end) a cost effective, reliable product that simulates the design IT load. We are the leading provider of server emulator and heat load units used exclusively for testing data centres, ICT rooms and other clean spaces. We are based in the UK with a partner network serving Europe. We provide services globally on a rental or sales basis; we can ship to site or provide a fully managed installation service. With a rental capacity of over 100MW of heat load; 20MW of rack mounted server emulator, over 30MW of 10kw and 20kw floor standing emulators to provide load to Hyperscale Datacentres, avoiding the need for temporary racks. Our 10kw and 20kw floor standing emulators are delivered on castors, allowing rapid installation and relocation. The design of both units include a low dela-t to match the IT load and a high thermal cutout that will ensure a stable load. The designs have been simplified to reduce manufacturing (and rental) costs. Power connections and cables to suit all installations where customer distribution is installed. When the customer distribution is not installed, we have a large stock of cable connection boxes, transfer switches, 630Amp and 250Amp temporary power distribution boards with either lug or PowerLock connections. We have a mixture of monitoring solutions; USB downloadable temperature and humidity sensors and Ekkosense real time monitoring systems that can be monitored remotely.
