Heaton & Associates is a law firm that seeks to develop more than a fee-for-service relationship with the clients we serve. We aspire to be considered by our clients as one of their close friends and advisors helping them not only achieve their goals, but flourish in everything they set out to accomplish. At Heaton & Associates, we strive to operate our firm much like our clients operate their organizations: from the perspective of an entrepreneur. For example, we do not maintain the typical firm office at one location; instead attorneys and consultants maintain independent offices throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area and are connected electronically and telephonically. This approach allows Heaton & Associates to avoid the significant costs and expenses associated with maintaining a main office with several square feet of space unused much of the time, and instead we offer to meet our clients at a convenient location.
