About Heeley City Farm Limited

Heeley City Farm identifies, confronts and addresses the problems of poverty, inequality, prejudice and lack of opportunity in our inner city community by supporting and promoting community regeneration and self help within environmentally friendly and self-sustaining systems, using the background of a mini-farm, community gardens and related resources. We work across Sheffield and Yorkshire supporting young people not in education or employment, adults with learning disabilities and mental health difficulty's as well as dementia. At the farm we work with and for, Environment, community, education, care and wellbeing to empower everyone to live the life they want to live. We are based a 20 minuet walk from the City Centre. And are a registered member of the Rare breed survival trust where we welcome visitors to explore our animals and enjoy the environment of the farm 365 days of the year. 'The Farm Café' make fresh cakes and food everyday and cater for our large community festivals.
