I believe with clarity of vision comes focus, motivation, and intentional action. My coaching provides the space for in-depth and intentional conversation to enable my clients to reveal their hopes and dreams in their personal and professional lives. My goal is to bring my clients into the present, listen with genuine care and concern, and provide open-ended questions to prompt reflection and curiosity. This process enables my clients to set tangible actions to explore, learn, and practice new behaviours, closing the gap between where they are now (real self) and where they want to be in the future (ideal self). My 1-2-1 and group coaching supports women currently experiencing the need for change in their life and ready to move forward with a critical step to reaching their potential and achieving personal & professional goals. Change is hard and is the ideal time to have a coach’s support making significant life-enhancing changes. I’m here to provide support for individuals to explore options and learning opportunities to set the foundations for achieving change and seeing things through.
