HeirShares, LLC ensures family legacies by protecting intergenerational wealth. Our web-based and native app portals empower families to coordinate and manage shared heirs’ property. At the core of this portal is a family tree builder that families and/or their legal representatives fill out, starting with information about the original owner of the inherited property. Coupling the tree with additional context – such as wills and other estate documents, birth and death certificates, deeds, and state laws – and applying the HeirShares algorithm, we report each individual’s ownership share. From here, families can move from a position of knowledge and strength. We provide additional tools that allow families to consolidate shares, form trusts, sell among themselves and to others, mobilize the property for accelerated financial growth, and, most importantly, preserve their legacy.
