Heitz Engineering Limited is a long established high precision engineering company, with a highly skilled flexible workforce, committed to on time delivery, supporting industry fields such as, oil & gas, aerospace, defence, rail, motor sports and marine to name but a few, offering a comprehensive range of manufacturing and assembly services we are fully equipped to manufacture anything from one off prototype to full production runs to a specific procurement requirement such as JIT and KANBAN, With experience second to none in the machining of complex components from exotic super alloys such as Incoloy, Hastelloy, Super Duplex, ToughMet or from the more standard Mild/Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Brass. As well as having a comprehensive range of manufacturing machinery including CNC mills, lathes, EDM wire cutting spark erosion and drilling, all integrated with our Cad/Cam facilities, we also have a fully temperature controlled inspection department with CMM, Granite table with Microhite height gauge, shadow graph, gauges etc, all fully calibrated to UKAS standards. Delivery of components can be suited to meet your requirements and can be (if required) on a "call off" or bulk delivery, all with full in depth traceability if required. We also have a temperature controlled clean assembly bay for small to medium size assemblies.
