About Hejaz Ultra

Hejaz Ultra is a Jeddah based running group focused mainly on endurance trail running and long-distance runs: i.e. Marathon and above. We also cater to outdoors, trekking/hiking and cycling enthusiasts. We also offer a few Moutain Bike races. Our group includes Saudi Arabia citizens as well as expatriates from all around the world. We are a very inclusive group: You will be welcome with us. Almost every weekend, you’ll find us training hard on rocky trails, sandy dunes, or hilly roads. You can attend our training for FREE by joining Hejaz Ultra Trail Running Academy. Everyone is welcome to run with us: beginners and more advanced athletes… We are looking forward to listening to your motivation and we will do our best to offer an appropriate training program to allow you to fulfill your targets. We organize events throughout the year that cater to athletes of different fitness levels, so we have beginners, marathoners, ultra runners, ironmen, and everything in between. Come and race with us! In addition to the weekly training with Hejaz Ultra Trail Running Academy and to our events you can also join our family-oriented Full Moon Hike. Come and run or hike with us. Our Full Moon Hikes started since September 2018. We meet on a Friday evening, as close as possible to the night of the Full Moon in Jeddah. If you do not have a head-torch you can lease one out from us.
