Helix Flight's inter-generational business has been operating for over 55 years, achieving global recognition as a finalist in the Heavy Engineering Research Association (HERA) Innovation awards. Callaghan Innovation, New Zealand's Government Research & Development Agency that have underwritten and validated the business' innovative plans for the production of augers, screw conveyors, agitators, marine anchors, screw piles, food presses, turbines, and numerous other helix-flighted products. A single machine range can cover from 50.8mm (2”) to 2,400 mm (94”) diameter helices and pitch range from 50.8mm (2”) up to 1,000 mm (39”) with material thickness ranging from 1.5mm (1/16”) to 50.8mm (2”) giving ideal coverage for a professional manufacturing company targeting across a range of market segments and operational applications.
