While the Greek government continues to violate the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and the Bologna Process by not providing legal Engineering Rights to Oil & Gas Engineering graduates, the goal of the Association is to: 1) Ensure the implementation of professional rights as stated in the Diploma/Diploma Supplement, which is a document of the Greek Government as well as a European document developed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and UNESCO/CEPES. 2) Connect the Greek community of engineers, scientists, and related energy professionals with the global community, aiming to exchange knowledge and innovations and promote their technical and professional capabilities regarding the exploration, development, and production of oil, natural gas, and hydrogen and other related energy resources for achieving a safe and sustainable energy future.
