Hello Awesome™ is a people first strengths- focused consultancy bringing Human Resources expertise, Strengths development coaching and allyship to the masses. We believe everyone should have a coach and expert within their reach but it doesn't usually work that way due to the commitment and cost of long term packages. Hello Awesome™ prides ourselves on the model we created that allows individuals to get the advice and coaching needed in the moment, one session at a time. Whether your interest is identifying your strengths, needing a direct conversation with a certified HR leader or learning how to become an ally, we've got you covered. Partnering with our community and breaking down barriers to access is the backbone of everything we do at Hello Awesome™. With much pride we will be providing free sessions to individuals referred through our Hello Awesome™ Community Partner program. For every 8 paid sessions, a free session will go to someone in need of these services. Are you a team leader? Team development is something we get real excited about!
