HelloMind is based on Danish hypnotherapist Jacob Strachotta’s successful app from 2008 which has been downloaded 2.5 mio. times. It has been further developed and redesigned with a charming and minimalistic look and a new name: HelloMind. It’s packed with treatments aimed at removing prolific problems like stress, bad sleep, overweight, inferiority complexes, anxieties and phobias - and also contains a special product called a Booster, that strengthen specific areas of the listener’s mind like motivation, self-esteem, health etc. Jacob Strachotta has worked with professional hypnosis for more than 20 years and is both well known and highly regarded in Denmark as a pioneer in modern, therapeutical hypnosis. In 2000 he founded The Institute for Advanced Hypnosis, that is the largest education facility for hypnosis in Scandinavia today. Advanced Hypnosis differs from traditional hypnosis by going straight to the root of the problem, isolating it and then treating it. It is a version of this technique called RDH - Result Driven Hypnosis that he uses in the app.
