Dr. Maggie Ney and Alisa Kasmer, best friends for over 30 years, created HelloPeri out of a clear lack of education and resources readily available to those experiencing symptoms of Perimenopause. So many people feel alone and are confused by their hormonal changes, and don't know how to feel themselves again. It can be a frustrating time, but our goal is to provide the most comprehensive resources and strategies to help you balance your hormones and feel incredible! At HelloPeri, inclusivity and diversity are at our core. Whether you identify as non- binary, queergender, transgender, gender fluid, agender, bigender, demigender, or pandgeder, we're in this together. We understand that the social normative terms “woman” and “female,” may not apply to you. But no matter how you identify, HelloPeri wants to advocate for you.
