Our goals is to assure every child we treat leaves us with a more healthy and confident smile! Full time, part-time, short term and moonlighting employee & independent contractor positions are available. Specialists and general dental practitioners with interest and experience in treating children are welcomed to apply. Our associates have the opportunity to join our medical/dental mission trips and to participate in community centered design projects through hellosmile.com/lab. Qualified associates also have opportunities for joining our www.hellosmile.com/pohet/ teaching/lecture circuit programs locally and internationally We offer competitive salary and benefits packages for full time team members (including 401K, health insurance, paid vacation/flex time/holiday, and subsidized CE’s). Annual full-time salary equivalents vary ($140-300K) per applicant’s qualifications, experience and level of time commitment with sign on/clinical quality performance/time commitment bonuses. All new associates are assessed for clinical competency and are oriented with our clinical diagnosis and treatment planning guidelines. All clinicians participate in a team based approach to patient care with ongoing clinical quality feedback/calibration. We offer ongoing continuing education via hands on and online courses on hellolearn and through one on one clinical mentorship.
