When Help-Link launched in 1998 we established a high set of standards which we strived to achieve. Over a decade later, we have grown from a small Yorkshire company into a successful national business. Despite our expansion, we are proud to have kept a firm focus on the things that matter to us and our customers. Our quality of service, affordability and professionalism is what has helped us quickly rise to the top in the world of home heating provision. We now install over 40,000 boilers in the UK every year, but our services don’t stop there. As well as installing modern boilers that help families stay warm for less, we maintain and service over 5,000 boilers across the nation each month- something we've managed to build a strong reputation for doing well. Over 99% of our customers rate our service as excellent and 98% would recommend us to their family and friends, and many do. Word of mouth marketing by satisfied customers is one of the attributes that has helped us to grow so quickly, which is why we continue to place a lot of importance on hiring and training the best staff to work with us. All Help-Link engineers are Gas Safe Registered – providing you with the peace of mind you need to keep you feeling warm inside and out! When it comes to home heating, we prioritise energy saving as well as price. With this in mind, we work with partners to supply renewable energy options for homeowners – including heat pumps and solar panels.
