When a customer reaches out to HeLP for a quote, we are getting bids from our robust CSA approved carrier base while also making phones calls. We use 20 minutes as our benchmark for getting back to the customer - giving them the best option based on protect time, price and service. Once the shipment is booked our expert staff is monitoring the shipment from pick up to delivery ensuring that it runs smoothly. HeLP always tries to do the right thing for both our customers and carriers we work with. We will always go the extra mile for our customers so that we are able to make their lives easier. HeLP gives their customers a peace of mind that their critical shipments are being handled with care.
