Helping Hand Nursing Service Home Health Care, LLC is a family owned company, with over 50 years of combined experience in the home health care industry. We take pride in the quality services we offer and are always looking for ways to grow and improve our services to best fit our client’s needs. It is important for us to know our clients and caregivers, because we believe that the best care begins with understanding and compassion. We actively participate in the communities we serve to not only advocate for resources to assist our senior population, but to also bring awareness to important causes and organizations that contribute to the growth and overall improvement of our communities. Our services can be tailored to fit the needs of each individual client, whether short-term or long-term. We can also assist during the transition home from a hospital or rehab, as well as work along-side your skilled home health care or hospice care team to maintain continuity of care and comfort. Our care begins with a Free Assessment by a Licensed Nurse who will assist the client and family with deciding the level of care that works best for the individual. Care can be provided in increments of 3 hours to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team of home care professionals consist of both licensed and non-licensed caregivers, including Companion Aide, Homemaker, Home Health Aide, CNA, LPN and RN. Our caregivers have each successfully completed an in-depth screening process and skill evaluation at hire, and must maintain ongoing education and credentials throughout the course of their employment, to ensure that our clients are receiving the best in quality care. Helping Hand Nursing Service has offices in southeastern Michigan. We serve these Michigan counties with Private Duty Home Care Services: Genesee, Lapeer, Saginaw, Bay, Midland, Oakland, Macomb, Monroe, Wayne, St. Clair, Livingston, Shiawassee, Tuscola, and Washtenaw.
