Helvetarchitecture is an architecture office and general enterprise practice founded in Lausanne / Switzerland in 2014. From beginning the activity, we create 35M CHF add value for our client on different project. We take this force from our point of view from financial, economic and our real estate experience. In our philosophy time is our only tool that can’t move backward, how can use that tool with more efficiency and more profitable for mid-term and long term. The firm creates public and private spaces that manifest a clear and modern sensibility to enduring impact. As a firm, we are quickly and decisively responsive to our clients, flexibly adjusting our processes to suit each client and project. It is based on a belief that the decision-making process is the foundation to a successful project. To that end we work along with our clients to fully understand their goals, aspirations and programmatic needs. Our high level of personal service is due to the direct attention of both partners to client and project needs. An experienced and self-directed staff complements the principal’s involvement at each stage, enabling our practice to produce projects in a timely and efficient manner without sacrificing the quality of work. The firm employs a design approach that is simultaneously personal and collaborative, providing innovative and responsible design solutions on projects ranging from synagogues and community centers to high-end apartments and low budget real-estate developments. Site-specificity is a fundamental tenet of our practice. We design buildings—each one, unique—that are deeply rooted in a sense of place. In ways both quantitative and qualitative, we carefully evaluate each site, resulting in buildings that are intrinsic to their place, environmentally appropriate, and responsive to existing and historical context.
