Hemenover Construction began in the rural farm community of Clifton, Illinois. George Hemenover and his brother Bill spent days on end painting and repairing old farm buildings. His reputation for getting the job done right the first time quickly made a mark for himself in the community. Farm buildings and sheds turned into farmhouses and homes. In 1970 Don Hemenover joined the team and continued in his father’s steps, never leaving a stone unturned or a nail head unfilled. Don grew the business on the same core values George had instilled -- quality and integrity. Matthew, the third generation builder, brings experience from a large national builder who focuses on continuous improvement yet never losing sight of his grandpa and dad’s work ethic.
