Now, with the original Chino Latino chef team reunited, they are bringing a fresh, exciting concept to West Bridgford. As an independent, family-run establishment, Hemisphere prides itself on its commitment to quality, creativity, and exceptional, personalized hospitality. By day, Hemisphere serves a relaxed menu with brunch favorites like soufflé pancakes with matcha green tea custard and miso-glazed salmon with poached eggs. For lunch, guests can enjoy a competitive Express Tapas Menu, offering a diverse and satisfying selection of our evening menu. In the evening, the space transforms into a relaxed upscale tapas restaurant, showcasing vibrant East Asian flavors.
