Established in 1997, Henstaff have wide experience of new build, refurbishment and restoration projects, working across all disciplines of the built environment (healthcare, retail, leisure, residential , industrial, education, commercial, listed). We excel at technically challenging schemes such as surgeries, hospitals and where the client remains in occupation during the contract. We also have an exemplar record of delivering projects on time and in budget, and apply our experience to delivering quality buildings in a safe environment. We have won awards for Quality from Vale of Glamorgan Council and restoration work at the Old Guildhall from Carmarthen Civic Society. Our clients include Universities, Health Boards, Hospitals, Housing Associations, Investment Companies, Education providers, Supermarkets, Churches, Charities and private investors.
