Her Flo is a teen-focused period tracking app designed to provide young girls with knowledge about their menstrual health. Developed and launched by Saahithi Madhuvarsu when she was in 7th grade, the app now supports over 500 users, offering an accessible platform to track cycles, understand changes, and learn about menstrual health. Her Flo is available on both the App Store and Google Play, with features that allow users to log their periods, track symptoms, and review personalized patterns in their menstrual cycles. It’s a simple tool designed to help teens better understand and manage their menstrual health. Our mission is to make menstrual education and health tools free and accessible to teens worldwide.
