Herbs Unlimited are a family business based in North Yorkshire, we grow and process fresh herbs, salads, edible flowers and speciality produce. We supply to manufacturing, foodservice, wholesalers and retail Nationally. We have our own Packing and Processing facilities that can meet your low and high care requirements. Our product range includes the following; Traditional Herbs and Salads, Speciality Herbs, Edible Flowers, Kale, Pea Shoots and a Totally Wild Foraged range. We also supply processed herbs, Chillies, Spring Onions, Garlic and further products at customers requests. We work closely with out customer's NPD teams to ensure that new dishes incorporate the right herbs, to give the best flavour and texture. We work through specs, sampling, trialling and production through to launch. Provenance; Our farm is in the heart of North Yorkshire, where we strive to grow as much of our range as we can. This allows us to focus on freshness and quality, with many of the products picked and dispatched on the same day. We grow, process and deliver to ensure full traceability from field to fork. We are dedicated to commercially growing herbs in the most environmentally sensitive way we can. We have all year round availability and to compliment our summer season , we import directly from quality controlled growers with Global GAP as a minimum standard. We have been a proud Yorkshire grower, processor and supplier for over 25 years with BRC A+ Accreditation, LEAF Marque, LEAF Education, Red Tractor Assured Produce.
