Herdade dos Grous is located in Portugal, in Southern Alentejo and is mainly dedicated to the production of wines and olive oil. Its sustainable production strategy, in all aspects, is one of the structural pillars of the whole agricultural activity management. By drawing an agricultural mosaic, the Estate maintains and promotes the biodiversity of local ecosystems which, together with regenerative and organic farming practices, demonstrate the enormous respect and care we have for the land. The wines have a strong personality, showing the characteristics of Herdade dos Grous terroir. Marked by the freshness and fairness of its fruit, they are wines of great longevity when it comes to reds and great aromatic richness in the case of whites. Herdade dos Grous olive oil is produced from a selection of the best olive varieties, harvested under the best ripening conditions to obtain high quality extra virgin olive oil. Cold extracted, only by mechanical processes, with the latest technology, it is an oil with an intense aroma of green olive fruit, spicy and bitter, showing great complexity and elegance. “Herdade dos Grous' mission is to produce in a sustainable way, protecting the environment, promoting the well-being of its employees and benefiting the local community in which it operates.
