Heron is a boutique yoga studio in Port Hope, Ontario. We are all about purpose and coming into alignment with your true nature. We offer group classes that emphasize mindfulness. The classes are primarily yoga, but branch out as far as functional HIIT, with the intention of exploring how different styles and intensity of movement can not only support your physical wellbeing, but also enhance mental clarity and foster a deeper connection between body and mind. Heron was created to build a community around the idea that with preparation comes the confidence to clear your own path. This is your call to adventure.
