About Hertfordshire ME/CFS Support Group
We are a Hertfordshire Community Group run by volunteers providing sign posting, self-help, support and social sessions for people with M.E/CFS/Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. We currently offer: A private well used Facebook page to meet others and discuss. Zoom yoga sessions Fortnightly zoom meetings including guest speakers and more informal meetings. Our in person meetings will be reviewed in Spring 2022
