Hethcoat & Davis, Inc., a Brentwood, Tennessee based firm, was founded in February, 2004 as a multi-disciplinary civil engineering firm featuring expertise and significant experience and specialization in water, wastewater and natural gas utility design, streetscapes, greenways, park and recreation planning, traffic engineering, transportation planning and design, storm water management, erosion/siltation control, environmental permitting, land planning, construction phase services, cost estimating, financial evaluations, and development of funding methodologies through numerous state and federal programs as well as private bond issues. We feature a staff of 30 professional, technical and field personnel with an average of over 20 years of experience per person. We are capable of meeting the planning, design, production and construction phase services needs of any civil or environmental project. Our clients include many local Cities, Counties, Utilities and public agencies. Our firm is committed to completing projects on time, within budget and with a rigid commitment to design quality and professional integrity. Our focus is to actively listen to and understand our client’s specific needs, evaluate and recommend cost-effective, long-range, practical and constructible solutions, provide quality assurance and engage/include the client in our technical design to ensure the client’s issues are thoroughly addressed, provide comprehensive construction phase services to safeguard the integrity of the work, and finally, to make sure every client is treated with the priority that they deserve. Hethcoat & Davis, Inc. is also currently pre-qualified with the Tennessee Department of Transportation to provide engineering design and planning services, as well as construction engineering and inspection services.
