About Heuser Health

Heuser Health is designed around scientific principles that enable our clients to live a life with fewer illnesses and full of energy. Founded by Dr. Louis Heuser in 2000, we empower individuals to take control of their health by providing a physician-managed exercise and nutrition plan. Members improve their fitness, lose inches off their waistline, and often discover that they no longer need their medications for diabetes, hypertension, and other common chronic illnesses. Heuser Health is built on three pillars of fact-based practices: Heuser Diagnostics: The physician in physician-managed wellcare, Heuser Diagnostics is where our members learn where their health is presently, get a plan on how to improve it, and receive check-ins to ensure they are on the right path. Our physicians partner with patients and their primary care doctor to provide a clear path to optimal health. Heuser Fitness: There’s no substitute for good old-fashioned sweat equity and at Heuser Fitness we get our members working hard. Our facilities includes thousands of square feet of no-nonsense equipment like treadmills, bikes and free weights. All classes are taught by degreed physiologists so that our members are always getting the highest level of instruction available. Heuser Nutrition: Rather than static meal plans, Heuser Nutrition is understanding your body and how the food you eat creates changes on the cellular level. Armed with this knowledge, our members can make fact-based decisions for eating that support their goals. Gone are the days of counting points and here instead are the days of intelligent nutrition made possible at Heuser. These elements come together under the supervision of Dr. Heuser and his staff in a program that, over the last 15 years, has yielded proven results for members. While diet and fitness fads have come and gone, the science-based approach of Heuser Health has maintained high levels of satisfaction and member success.
