About Hey Little Cupcake!

Hey Little Cupcake! was created by Sarah Wilson-Gibbons, in her kitchen at home in Manchester She started by using the finest ingredients including free range eggs and fair trade cocoa to create a signature collection of cakes all inspired by her passion to travel. Each flavour has been designed with fabulous toppings and is guaranteed to brighten your day. In August 2010 Hey Little Cupcake! opened its first temporary Pop-Up shop in Spinningfields, Manchester. The shop not only sold cupcakes daily but doubled up as an art gallery for local creatives to showcase and sell their Hey Little Cupcake! themed prints, artwork and gifts. The Pop-Up shop was a huge success and so Sarah decided to make Spinningfields her permanent home. In February 2011, she opened her first cupcakery, behind The Opera House. The new shop is open 7 days a week serving cupcakes, Illy coffee, Teapigs and Afternoon Tea at the weekends. There is also a very cute range of cupcake themed gifts, cards and artwork all available to buy. In 2012 we were named 'Best Wedding Cake Designer - North West, in the Wedding Industry Awards. In September 2014 we opened our first free standing concession in Selfridges Trafford Centre, bringing our cupcakes, layer cakes, brownies and cakepops experience to a wider North West audience. Find us on the first floor in their Food Hall. We have now opened our first concession outside of Manchester. Selfridges Birmingham Bullring is the home of our new concession which launched on Tuesday 16th June 2015.
