Heybeck’s catering division grew out of the pig roast tradition, which they began many years ago. Before long, they began providing catering for all sorts of events from casual outdoor gatherings to elaborate formal weddings. Today, Heybeck’s offers several all-inclusive packages that take some of the guesswork out of planning an event. These catering packages include choice of menus, buffet table décor, serving pieces, and elegant, disposable place settings. Heybeck’s Catering Director, Brooke Buccola, can even help with the rental of tables, chairs, linens, tents, and children’s entertainment and activities. Heybeck’s award-winning specialty meat products are available at their affiliated stores in Palatine and Barrington, but they also package them under private label for distribution to fine grocers throughout the suburbs.
