Dawie qualified as an accountant in 1995. He realised that his passion for people was far greater than just his passion for figures and started at Old Mutual in 1996. At Old Mutual he Achieved Top Club status for 2 years in a row and was one of the top 5 consultants (sales) in the broker division for 6 consecutive years making him a big asset to our company with regards to financial aspects. Having dealt with the various asset classes onshore and offshore at Old Mutual he has a firm grasp of where property can fit into ones portfolio. He joined the real estate industry in 2004 with Chas Everitt and achieved various awards. Within the 1st year he was Rookie of the year followed by Agent of the year. From the 2nd year onwards he was one of the top selling agents in Welgemoed area and due to sales qualified to join Chas Everitt at their Bali convention as well as their Mauritius Convention. In 2010 Dawie became co-owner of another property company where his focus areas were Welgemoed, Welgedacht and Door De Kraal. He also achieved great success in these focus areas and as such in 2014 sold his shares and decided to start a new business venture in Heydenrych Properties. He has achieved both NQF Level 4 and 5 Status making him a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE). He is also a member of the institute for Estate Agents (IEASA). After being in this industry as an Estate agent for 12 years and also a principal for 6 of those years he prides himself in having strong business ethics and building lasting relationships with his clients. Dawie and his staff strives towards professionalism and service excellence on a daily basis. We believe in focussing on an area and being area specialists rather than servicing the whole Northern Suburbs.
