An evolving collective of women sharing stories, experiences and advice on their journey through menopause We want this club to be a place of support for woman all over the world, offering immediate contact with others so they don’t feel alone in their quest for solutions to these feelings, symptoms and problems. HFC’s 24 hour forum will offer psychological support through the night, wherever you are in the world, because we know first hand that this is what I needed most. We still have to take one day at a time. It’s a community where we can learn about the changes we’re experiencing, where we can share our stories and empower each other to celebrate this new life stage. It is our menopause so come and celebrate with us!
