About HFTP Florida Gold Coast Chapter

Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP), a non-profit organization, is the society for financial and IT professionals in the hospitality industry. More than 4,300 members from around the world enjoy the many benefits HFTP offers. The Gold Coast Chapter enjoys a membership of over 150 hospitality professionals from Boca Raton to Palm Beach Gardens. The Chapter hosts nine educational and two social events each year as well as sponsoring an annual charity event. Florida is home to seven HFTP chapters representing the largest membership group in our international association. The Gold Coast Chapter monthly dinner meetings are held at prestigious country clubs, glamorous hotels, fine restaurants and entertainment venues throughout Palm Beach County. Each meeting starts with time for attendees to network and share industry news and ideas. Most meetings have an educational focus while featuring topics that are relevant to members' lives; both personally and professionally. Past educational meeting topics have included how to develop your career path, personal finances, strategies to save your company money, and communication skills bridging generational gaps. Our entertaining social events invite a celebration of our member community and friends. The Gold Coast chapter has raised significant funds for our charities while having fun doing it! In 1996 we received the prestigious "Chapter of the Year" award, in 2001 we received the "Chapter Choice" award, and in 2005 we received the "Member Retention" award.
