HHH Counseling, LLC provides licensed professional counseling services to support life transitions, recovery from anxiety and trauma, and empowerment to start and maintain healthy relationships with yourself and others. Meet the Director/ Lead Clinician: Brianna Higgins, MA, LPC, NCC, is the owner and licensed professional counselor who provides teletherapy services to residents in Alabama. Over the last five years, she has worked with adults with PTSD, anxiety, interpersonal relationship concerns, and ADHD. She uses an integrative range of psychodynamic, strengths-based, and humanistic approaches, incorporating transactional analysis, personality-focused treatment, trauma resolution energy therapy, creative art therapy, and narrative therapy. She believes that everyone has a voice, either signed or spoken, and her goal is to journey with others to find and use their voice in healthy, ethical, and effective ways.
