Who We Are: HHPLift is an award-winning nonprofit & USA Certified social enterprise curating and crafting social impact consumer products and business gifts that help forge economic independence for the artisans and crafters who make them, and the social enterprises that produce them. Our Business/Program Models: HHPLift is a pioneer and award-winning, industry-recognized innovator in sourcing social impact products and services for business solutions. HHPLift’s multi-modal program provides both a global and local impact: 1. Global Impact-Distributor Model - expanding markets for our global social enterprise markets 2. Global and Local Impact-Workforce Model - utilizing social enterprise workforces, including refugee women in Chicago, as our production partners 3. Programmatic Model - through our LIFT™ Program, and in partnership with workforce development programs, we hire people from disinvested and overlooked communities in Chicago to produce our LIFT™ line of bath, spa, and personal care products, and to assemble and finish our ecoLIFT™ line of home, office, and personal accessories. Because we assert that jobs alone are insufficient to forge economic independence for an at-risk workforce, associates are cross-trained, provided educational enhancement, mentorship, leadership training and career development. 4.
