Founded in 2008 by Jez Colin, a veteran music producer and remixer, our goal was to bring cutting-edge sonics and previously unheard hybrid compositions to the movie advertising industry. Early credits include the first Thor teaser trailer and The Last Airbender Super Bowl spot. Since then, Hi-Finesse has contributed to over 1000 campaigns, including several of the biggest grossing movies in history, such as The Avengers, Dark Knight Rises and Iron Man 3. As an umbrella for a number of talented composers with a wealth of experience scoring movies, video games, T.V ads, and commercial music – our reach is broad but intensely focused on the specific needs of trailers. The Hi-Finesse catalog includes orchestral, electronic, rock-hybrid, acoustic piano and specialty FX based albums. We also compose custom music to picture.
