Hi-Tec Profiles Inc. is a locally owned Saskatchewan-based company established in 1995, located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Out of our combined 80,000 sqft facilities we have over 70 full time staff operating 7 days a week, 24 hours a day to meet all our customer’s requirements. We are one of Western Canada’s leading providers of steel processing services, including profile cutting and bending technology. Our Story Hi-Tec Profiles is one of Western Canada’s leading providers of steel processing services, including profile cutting and bending technology. The firm’s current successes are the result of humble beginnings and a companywide commitment to growth. Three manufacturing professionals who came together collaboratively to address a growing market demand for innovative steel-processing technologies created Hi-Tec. Hi-Tec started out in the Canadian agricultural industry. As the firm quickly expanded, management put forth a plan for further growth and investment. A turning point for Hi-Tec was when we decided to open the opportunity for staff to invest in the company. By enabling staff members to have a greater stake in the firm, Hi-Tec could purchase new equipment and, in turn, create a personally-dedicated team of staff members. We are also proud to have SaskWorks Venture Fund and the Apex fund series , all managed by PFM Capital, as key investors in our success today and into the future. Hi-Tec started out in a 12,000-square foot shop, with one shear, one press break, one torch plasma table, and a grand total of five employees, including counting the president and vice president. Upon approaching our 25-year benchmark it is safe to say Hi-Tec Profiles has reached new heights. Today, Hi-Tec is home to Eleven Lasers, One Tube Laser, Two Torch/Plasma Tables, Nine Press Brakes and Two Sets Of Rolls. With over 70 employees and facilities that operator 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Hi-Tec has grown from the ground up.
