Since 1988, our team of experienced professionals has been dedicated to seeing our clients through the often complicated environmental process in a proficient and cost-conscious manner. Our staff of experts includes ecologists, archeologists, social scientists, planners, cartographers, architectural historians, noise and air quality specialists, a licensed professional geoscientist, and an environmental attorney, all supporting the environmental studies and documentation required to comply with NEPA, the Clean Water Act, the Endangered Species Act, the National Historic Preservation Act, and other federal and state environmental regulatory programs. Our studies and reports for highways, airports, railways, transit, energy development, and water and wastewater infrastructure projects are supported by high-resolution graphics produced from GIS-based mapping. Hicks & Company is a certified HUB/DBE/WBE/SBE.
