Founded in 2024, Hidden Gem Trading Cards has been founded out of firstly enjoyment of collecting in our family. We have since experienced how the market is incredibly challenged by scalping and negative news, so our main goal is to rebuild trust as a new business, and as a retailer with big ambitions. As of now, we have a small physical location on Miller Drive in Fareham where some of our products can be found, whilst we have also launched our website and stream on Whatnot around three times per week. Our long-term ambition is to open our own retail store on the South Coast where people are welcome to come and buy, sell, trade and play! With a background in Customer Service, Incident Management and Complaints Handling, we want to ensure that our customers come first. We promise to always listen to feedback; whether good or bad and to do our best to rectify any experiences that are not up to our high standards.
