Our expertise in product application, along with superior work product and outstanding customer service, has led High End Development to be an industry leader providing services in Below Grade Waterproofing, Gypsum Floor Underlayment’s and Lightweight Concrete, Gas & Vapor Mitigation, Injections, Courtyards and Podium Decks, Planter Boxes, and Deck and Traffic Coatings. Our officers have extensive knowledge in the construction industry and we apply that expertise to every job to produce superior results. Our President, Jim Metzger, has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has considerable experience with all aspects of waterproofing and coatings. He has personally helped create enhanced versions for waterproofing, which have become the builder standard for many major builders. Mr. Metzger has also assembled a strong team to ensure that customers continue to receive superior work product and excellent service. The principals and managers at High End Development have a combined total of over 50 years’ experience in the construction and waterproofing industry. Our Principal/RMO, Anthony Froyd, has over 15 years in the construction industry. He is currently managing our very strong Sales and Estimating team.
