About High Impact Leadership Project
High Impact Leadership Project is a highly interactive, innovative, and selective leadership development program focused on strengthening emotional intelligence and leadership agility. Created by seasoned business leaders Marian Guinn & Lisa Williams out of their passion for helping leaders and organizations become peak performers. High Impact Leadership Project is designed for: senior executives, entrepreneurs, and high-potential individuals, committed to increasing their leadership impact. Participants receive: - 4 full-day sessions of innovative training - 3 individual leadership coaching sessions from a certified executive coach - full DiSC profile - reflection assignments to practice awareness and skills gained - opportunity to build relationships with other High Impact Leaders Guinn & Williams identified a void in the availability of leadership-based development programs. Too often, people are promoted into positions of leadership based on functional skills and industry knowledge but lack development around key components of leadership. Through their work with leaders and as leaders, they have gained insight into the positive impact of emotionally intelligent and agile leaders. They decided to create a solution -- High Impact Leadership Project -- developed with the intention of connecting and developing individuals committed to building their leadership prowess to strengthen workplaces and communities. In order to ensure that there is shared learning from various perspectives interested individuals will apply and be selected with the strategic intent of developing a knowledge-diverse cohort. A discount will be given to early applicants (early application deadline June 7, 2017). Applications for the September 2017 Cohort are available now, www.HighImpactLeadershipProject.com, and must be received no later than July 7, 2017 for consideration.
