It's worth mentioning that the Institute is authenticated by the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training and registered in the Civil Service Commission يعتبر المعهد أقدم مؤسسة للتدريب الأهلي في دولة الكويت حيث أنه تأسس عام 1962 م وبأعلى المهارات العلمية والعملية والفنية والتقنية تحقيقا لرؤيتنا في رفع كفاءة المستوى الوظيفي وتنمية وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية ... وقد تخرج من المعهد أكثر من 112 آلاف متدرب ومتدربة يعملون في مختلف وزارات الدولة والشركات والمؤسسات الحكومية والأهلية ... كما أن المعهد معتمد من الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب ومسجل بديوان الخدمة المدنية ... وحرصاً من إدارة المعهد على التقدم في المسيرة العلمية فقد تم التعاون مع كليات بريطانية وذلك بمنح شهادات دورة دبلوم تدريب لمواد علوم الكمبيوتر والمواد التجارية والمواد الفنية
