About High Tide Foundation
High Tide is an independent charitable Foundation, funded by businesses on Tees Valley. We deliver meaningful career experiences and showcase Tees Valley's diverse career opportunities through real life work experience programmes and new online careers hub. Through our unique and meaningful work experience programmes we focus on getting young people, aged 11-19, out of the classroom and into workplaces across a range of sectors from automotive to animation and from media to manufacturing. We provide unique opportunities for students to visit businesses, experience the world of work, understand the job roles and meet the people behind them. Our programmes are designed around local business needs and aligned with TVCA’s sector skills strategy to deliver meaningful career experiences as required by the Gatsby Benchmarks.
