In 2015 I landed in 12-step recovery for codependence. After years of therapy etc., which only scratched the surface of the iceberg of my life, recovery MELTED the iceberg. Building healthy boundaries in recovery was a game-changer for me given my codependence. In 2017 I got laid off from my 19-year job at Yale and started my own business as a coach. I later honed in on boundaries coaching because of the massive shift boundaries created in my personal and professional life. In 2018 I started my podcast, "Fragmented to Whole: Life Lessons from 12-Step Recovery." It never occurred to me that I'd get clients from the podcast, but that's how I get most of them. I'm a public speaker and do keynote speeches and trainings for those in the corporate world, entrepreneurs and in the non-profit sector. My goal with public speaking is to share with the masses how organizations can thrive only when the people in those organizations thrive.
