Highfield has over 35 years of experience crafting preserves for some of the worlds biggest department stores right through to Artisan Farm Shops. Our story is of handmade, kitchen table beginnings to an organisation that has grown to a purpose built premises that can produce over 10,000 jars of product a day whilst still maintaining that handmade and traditional touch. Highfield Preserves began life in 1984 on the family Aga in the Fraser household in Devon. Since then, Jennifer Fraser has passed the reins to her son and daughter-in-law, Don & Emma Fraser, and the company has moved to purpose-built premises on the outskirts of Willand.
