About Highland Archaeology Services

We are an independent archaeological consultancy based in Dingwall, near Inverness, Scotland. Since April 2004 we have been providing consultancy, fieldwork and desk-based research covering all site-types and periods. Since 2017 we have also been providing curatorial services to Tarbat Discovery Centre, Portmahomack. We can provide a wide range of services from excavation and survey to environmental assessment and community projects. We also have specialists in education and outreach activities, and in museum collections management.
