About Highland Property Management
Highland Property Management is a residential property management company with a portfolio throughout Central and Eastern North Carolina. We specialize in multi-unit assets between 10-100 units, and also work with investors that own single-family rental properties. Over the years we have learned that property management is more than just rent collection and leasing. We believe that in order to protect your rental investment and maximize your ROI, investors should have a dedicated manager that helps them analyze prospective deals before going under contract, unlock a property’s potential by seeking ways to increase its value, and create a strategic plan that meets their client’s goals. Why Choose Highland? Highland Property Management sets itself apart from other local, smaller management companies by providing services and tools that you would expect to receive from much larger firms. We believe that a smaller investor who might only own a 24 unit apartment building should receive the same analytics and strategic planning required for success and growth that he or she would receive if they were purchasing a 400 unit building. We also believe that investors that own smaller multi-unit assets with fewer than 100 doors should not have to pay the high management fees that are typically associated with much larger apartment complexes. We strategically organize our management commissions in order to not only cover our costs as a company, but also help our clients reduce expenses as much as possible, and increase their NOI. Over the years, Highland managers have enjoyed the benefit of working for family-owned real estate businesses growing their portfolios from the ground up, as well as working on a corporate level managing hundreds of units across the East Coast. No matter the size of your portfolio, this perspective and experience has given Highland the ability to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
